Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor submited to other journal for consideration.
- The submission has followed the prescribed stylistic format in the Author's Guidelines.
- Cover Letter with Suggested Reviewers
- Full Manuscript
- List of References/Citations (with the correct page number as how they appear in the manuscript)
- List of Tables (in separate word file)
- Figures with figure legends (in separate file)
Research Article
All research articles must have new research findings that have sufficient details for validation and reproducibility. It must be original and have not been published in any journals elesewhere.
Policy Brief
Policy Brief is a concise neutral summary of a particular issue, the policy options to deal with it, and some recommendations on the best option. It is aimed at government policymakers and others who are interested in formulating or influencing policy (Food and Agriculture Organization).
Short Policy Briefs can be in a single sheet with at least 500 words and high resolution photographs (if any) and attractive designs. Longer Policy Briefs may take up to 8 pages or 3,000 words.
All Policy Briefs that will be submitted here must already be READY FOR PUBLICATION.
